Processing Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from Victoria, Australia. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Free Shipping Over $200
Complimentary shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all orders of $200 AUD or more.
Standard Shipping
- Flat rate: $9.95 AUD
- Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier handling
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weekends, public holidays, or peak periods.
Local Pickup (Geelong, Victoria)
Local pickup is available in Geelong, Victoria. If you are located nearby, you may select local pickup at checkout.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Pickup location details and instructions will be provided in that message.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. LEVIX is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact hello@levix.au and we will assist wherever possible.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs and Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
For change-of-mind or ritual-support returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. For faulty goods covered under Australian Consumer Law, LEVIX will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
