Refund policy
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.
These rights apply automatically and exist independently of, and in addition to, our 30-Day Ritual Support policy outlined below.
30‑Day Ritual Support (Additional Benefit)
We offer a 30-day ritual support period from the date your order is delivered, available on direct purchases via levix.au only. This allows you to experience the LEVIX Razor Set as part of your daily routine.
Conditions for 30-Day Ritual Support returns:
- The 30-day period begins on the delivery date.
- The refund applies to the LEVIX Razor and Weighted Base only.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for ritual‑support returns.
- The product must be returned in reasonable condition, consistent with normal use during the trial period, and must not show signs of misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
- Only one ritual-support return is permitted per customer.
This 30-Day Ritual Support is an additional benefit offered by LEVIX and does not limit or replace any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Items (Australian Consumer Law)
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at hello@levix.au as soon as practicable. For delivery damage, we recommend contacting us within 7 days of delivery and providing your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
This timeframe assists us in investigating promptly but does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
For products with a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we will repair or replace the product as required under Australian Consumer Law.
For faulty or damaged items covered by Australian Consumer Law:
- We cover reasonable return shipping costs and may provide a prepaid return label or return instructions.
- Once the item is received and assessed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind (Outside the 30‑Day Period)
Outside the 30-Day Ritual Support period, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty or defective goods.
Third-Party Retailer Purchases
If you purchased a LEVIX product through a third-party retailer, marketplace, or stockist, the 30-Day Ritual Support and change-of-mind return policy above do not apply. Please contact the seller directly regarding their returns policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply regardless of where you purchased.
Warranty
LEVIX razors are covered against manufacturing defects in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
